Counselling Plus provides affordable (free or low cost) counselling and we receive a number of grants from organisations so that we can do this.
As you may be aware, funding for lots of services provided for the NHS has changed recently.Â
Some of our grants have reduced or stopped altogether.
When you have your assessment appointment, the counsellor will discuss what options are available for you. Sometimes we will ask for a contribution from you, often we can provide counselling at no cost to you.Â
