Referrals

To refer a client, please complete our Referral Form

Referrals can be sent via the following options:

Referrals can be made for residents in Hastings and Rother.

Referrals for additional East Sussex areas are limited to specific projects, please see our 'Our Services' for further details.

When making a referral, please ensure the client is aware of the referral and that they understand that we will contact them by phone. We must have the client's consent to share data indicated on the referral form in order to proceed. If phone contact or correspondence is not acceptable, please make sure we are aware.

Once a referral is received, the admin team will speak to the client and book an assessment session as soon as possible.  The client will then be informed of an approximate waiting time before they are offered regular, weekly sessions.

During the assessment, the client's financial contribution will be discussed and an amount agreed if not eligible for funding.

We also accept self-referrals, please feel free to either complete the referral form or call the admin team on 01424 428300 and they will guide you through the process.
