Counselling Plus is primarily a one to one counselling service.
Our service is available to people in the Hastings and Rother areas who are 16 years of age and over and who are either on benefits or a low income.
There are a number of ways to access these services which are listed with more details via the links on the left.
We also provide other services. These are:
- Specialist counsellors who are trained to counsel people who have been raped or sexually assaulted through the Saturn Centre and also for those affected by domestic violence & abuse;
- Anger Management groups; Groups follow a 6 week course. Open to anyone over 16 years.
- Counselling for Couples; counselling for those experiencing difficulties in their relationship. Both partners must attend every session (up to 6 sessions including the assessment).
- Support for Survivors of Suicide. We provide effective and timely counselling for anyone who has recently attempted suicide or has a plan to. This is a free service offering face to face or online counselling.
